Welcome to Dew the Most. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Molly Craig, doing business as Dew the Most ("Dew the Most," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of dewthemost.com and our services (the "Site").

By using the Site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. What we provide

Dew the Most is a skincare content and advice platform. We offer skincare information, a personalized skincare tracker (your Skin Profile and shelf, "I'm Dewing It"), and an AI assistant ("Dewy") that provides personalized suggestions based on the information you share.

We may change, add, or remove features at any time.

3. Not medical advice

The Site is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical, dermatological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

Skincare results vary from person to person. Content and recommendations — including anything Dewy suggests — are general information, not a diagnosis or treatment plan. Always:

  • Consult a doctor or dermatologist about any skin condition, medical concern, allergy, or before starting a new product or routine;

  • Patch-test new products and read the manufacturer's instructions and ingredient list; and

  • Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience irritation or an adverse reaction.

You use the Site and any information on it at your own risk.

4. Affiliate disclosure

The Site may contain affiliate links. Where it does, we may earn a commission if you click a link and make a purchase — at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships never determine our recommendations. We share products because we think they may be useful to you, and our opinions are our own. We are not responsible for the products, prices, availability, or policies of the retailers we link to.

5. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

  • Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute Site content without our permission;

  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you're not authorized to access;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malware or harmful code; or

  • Misuse Dewy — for example, by attempting to extract confidential information or generate harmful content.

7. Content and intellectual property

Our content. The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the "Dew the Most" name and branding, and the Dewy experience — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Your content. If you submit content (such as notes, survey responses, or messages to Dewy), you keep ownership of it, but you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Site. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share.

8. Third-party links and products

The Site may link to third-party websites, products, or services we don't own or control. We provide these for convenience and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dew the Most and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site, any content, any product you learn about through the Site, or any reliance on Dewy's suggestions. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dew the Most and its owner from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
